Honigmann Apiaries Honey

The White Honey was collected in June from linden, acacia, dandelion, alfalfa, wild mustard, bugloss and yellow sweet clover and has a traditional honey flavour.

The Golden Honey was collected in July and August from motherwort, Canadian thistle, cow vetch, chicory, purple loosestrife, milkweed, wild mint, basil and bergamot and has a richer honey flavour.

The Creamy Honey was collected from wild asters. It is unheated and unfiltered. It may contain bits of propolis and beeswax.
